Following years of intense research and development, Technowood, a product for the future, has arrived. We have been able to bring natural wood veneer species outdoors by using aluminium to form a robust structural substrate.

We then apply a natural wood veneer layer to provide the visual and tactile effects of natural wood. The result is a product with extreme longevity, the refinement of natural timber, and minimal maintenance.

Technowood is a patented system for an aluminium or GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) substrate which is coated in a completely natural timber veneer. This gives the aesthetic and natural feeling of timber but uses 98% less timber in production. Technowood Alumium has an A2 Class fire rating enabling use on many projects.

This system is durable and hardwearing and has been used in the harshest climatic conditions around the world. The installation of all our products is kept as simple and easy by providing the complete system. The complete package includes the proprietary wall brackets, immediate support structure and the cladding system. The exact nature of the brackets and structure may vary depending on your design requirements.

TECHNOWOOD ALUMINIUM TUBE PROFILES

Standard profiles are produced as four sides with wood veneer. Optionally they can be veneered as three sides.
Our standard length on profiles is 6 metres. Profiles can be produced shorter or up to 7.5 metres upon special request.
As a standard, the endpoints of the profiles are open; and they can optionally be produced as closed with solid wood. Straight or carved options are available.
Our colour palette consists of 5 colours as standard. Alternatively, specific colour production can be made for orders above 1000 linear meters.

TECHNOWOOD ALUMINIUM CLADDING PROFILES

Standard profiles are produced with natural wood coating or optionally with static paint.
Our standard length on profiles is 6 metres. Profiles can be produced shorter or up to 7.5 metres upon special request.
You can select the profile width in different groups as 10, 15, 20 cm and in different connection shapes. They can then be assembled to the side with or without joints.
Our colour palette consists of 5 colours as standard. Alternatively, specific colour production can be made for orders above 1000 linear meters.
